High-Performance SVD Partial Spectrum Computation

Description

This artifact's aim is to reproduce results reported in our paper.
The results are obtained on Shaheen super computer located at KAUST.
This artifact contains the following for the QDWHpartial-SVD implementation:

    install.sh
    run.sh
    qdwhpartial-svd/


The installation script can be run as follows:

cd qdwhpartial-svd/
source ../install.sh

Note that these installation script must be sourced since they load system modules and change environment variables.
These modules and environment variables are also required by the experiments.

The following commands are used to reproduce results using 12 nodes:

cd qdwhpartial-svd
bsub ../run.sh
