Наведені результати дослідження практики використання колишніх військових об’єктів для вирішення соціальних завдань. Серед об’єктів дослідження – військові містечка, аеродроми. Частка майнових комплексів військових містечок передається до сфери управління іншим відомствам, міським громадам. Будівлі та споруди морально та фізично зношуються. Розвиток населених міст, розташованих поруч, потребує вирішення містобудівних завдань з урахуванням можливості використання територій колишніх військових об’єктів.The results of research of practice of using former military facilities for the solving of social tasks are resulted. Among the research facilities are military towns, airfields. The share of property complexes of military towns is transferred to the sphere of management of other departments, city communities. Buildings and structures are morally and physically worn out. The development of neighborhoods located nearby requires the solution of urban planning tasks, taking into account the possibility of using the territories of former military facilities.
