Script and datasets for the paper "Killer prey: Temperature reverses future bacterial predation"

Prey killer.zip contains the files and code necessary to reproduce the analysis and the figures in the manuscript.
    •    All datasets, as csv files, are in the Data folder together with the README file.
    •    The Figures and Tables folders contain all figures and tables from the manuscript and SI.
    •    prey_killing_predator_script.Rmd is the script used to perform the statistical analyses and create the figures and tables.
