Search strategies for generic justification for a slot scanning, biplanar X-ray imaging system (EOS™ imaging system) for the diagnosis and assessment of orthopaedic conditions.

The dataset includes the complete, reproducible search strategies for all literature databases searched during this project. The search strategies address the following research questions:

RQ 1 To determine the test accuracy, clinical benefits and safety of slot scanning devices (EOS system) compared to conventional X-ray imaging for diagnosis of scoliosis and evaluation or monitoring of scoliosis patients.

RQ 2 To determine the test accuracy, clinical benefits and safety of slot scanning devices (EOS system) compared to current practice  for evaluation, monitoring or diagnosis of patients with other known or suspected orthopaedic conditions.
