В статье рассмотрены основные особенности социальной защиты населения в разных странах мира. Выявлены общие и отличительные черты в каждой стране. Проведен анализ существующих систем социальной защиты с выделением их положительных моментов и возможностей применения в Донецкой Народной Республике.
