THE ADVANTAGE OF THE FORMATION OF JUMPING IN THE ORDER CORRESPONDING TO THE TECHNICAL TECHNIQUES (FOR EXAMPLE, VOLLEYBALL)

The article discusses the issues of the need for the development of jumping performance in volleyball players within the framework of the correspondence of its structure to the coordinate content of the game skills performed in the jump. Methodological approaches to improving this ability using conjugate-situational game exercises are determined.
