THE PARADIGM OF LIFELONG LEARNING AS A DETERMINANT OF THE INFORMATION SOCIETY

The exponential processes taking place in the information society, the digital economy, global competition in the labor market require the actualization of the innovative thinking of the individual, the improvement of the student's professional training, the formation of the individual's motivation for lifelong learning, and the continuous updating of educational structures. This transformation has defined the tectonics of the lifelong learning paradigm.
