Description
The goal of the Work Package 3 (WP3) of the project TRUST-ification and FAIR-ification of an open repository for research instruments in psychology: REPOPSI’s adoption of RDA outputs is to improve the completeness of the data in REPOPSI.
REPOPSI is an open repository for psychological measures, scales, tests, and other research instruments in Serbian. It is maintained by researchers at the Laboratory for Research of Individual Differences (LIRA) at the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Belgrade. REPOPSI is hosted on the Open Science Framework at https://osf.io/5zb8p/.
During November and December 2022, we recruited and trained three psychology master's students from the University of Belgrade Faculty of Philosophy to assist us with WP3 activities. These activities include searching repositories of psychology dissertations and conference proceedings for psychological instruments, contacting instrument authors, and filling out REPOPSI contribution forms for the retrieved instruments.
Student assistants' first task was to search psychology doctoral theses using the E-theses repository and document the relevant theses and the psychological instruments extracted from them in a designated spreadsheet.
This record contains the slides from two online training sessions in a single PDF document. The slides from the first training on November 22, 2022 include the agenda in English, while the contents of the presentation on REPOPSI are in Serbian. The slides from the second training on December 12, 2022, which was focused on the E-theses search procedure, contain only the agenda in English; this is accompanied by the first version of the spreadsheet in English (XSLX) to be used for documenting the theses and the instruments.
The training materials will be updated as the project progresses.
