Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) and Guidelines for the Creative Industries

This Information Sheet presents brief answers to 13 questions that are frequently asked by members of the creative industries regarding copyright permissions related to their work. It aims to guide creators on issues such as creative reuse, negative IP spaces, new business models (such as the influencer business model) and territoriality.
