Evaluation Of The Relationship Between The Risk Category BIRADS (Breast Imaging Reporting and Data System) using Proinflammatory Cytokines And Oncomarkers

The article gives information on the results of the study of 92 patients undergoing breast cancer Sereening af
the Oncological Clinic of Azerbaijan Medical University during the period 2014-2017 years. The age of the
patients ranged from 18 to 79 years. All patients underwent ultrasound examination with a combination of
Doppler and X-ray mammography. Oncomarkers (CA 15-3, CEA) and some prointlammatory cytokines
IL2, IL6, IL8 v TNF-a were determined in blood serum of the patients. Of the 92 patients examined, 48
Women had malignant tumors and 28 had benign neoplasms. Practically healthy women were 16 people whe
were included in the comtrol group BIRADS 1. The category BIRADS 2 included 19, BIRADS 4 and
BIRADS 5, respectively, 26 and 31 women. It was found that the level of biochemical markers mentioned
above aiso inereased according to the increase in the malignaney of the tumor according to the BIRADS
category fhe h1ghest level of markers was observed in the category BIRADS 5.
