Average NPWI values, monsoon onset and retreat dates, and duration time in China.

Precipitable Water Vapor (PWV) data over China in 2016 were obtained based on observations of Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) stations from China Meteorological Administration (CMA) and Crustal Movement Observation Network of China (CMONOC). Then this dataset was generated, which contains average NPWI values, monsoon onset date, monsoon retreat date, and duration time at 642 stations.
