The Study Of Results Of The Biochemical Survey In Oncological Diseases Of Female Reproductive Systems

Description

Forty seven patients participated in this study All surveyed patients were divided into three groups
1)benign tumors (23), 2) malignant tumors (15), 3) metastatic tumors (9) The control group included
15 healthy people. The concentration of CA125 in the group of patients with malignant tumors (205.1=16.83
V/ml) was significantly higher compared with the group of healthy subjects (12.8=0.06 V/ml). The data
obtained suggest that the increase in CAl125 in the serum of patients with malignant tumors may be
mportant in assessing aggressiveness, namely benign or malignant nature of the proces. The total activity of
alkalinc phosphatases (ALP), ALT AST and GGT in the blood serum in the above-mentioned groups of
patients varied widely and was sionificantly different in patients with malignant tumors from patients with
benign neoplasms. The presented data indicafe that CA125 and activities of alkaline phophatases are closely
related to pathogenetic mechanisms of malignant tumor growth in female reproductive organs.
