Supplementary data for: Pevonedistat, a Nedd8-activating enzyme inhibitor, in combination with ibrutinib in patients

In a clinical trial to evaluate a NEDD8-activating enzyme inhibitor in treating a mantle cell lymphoma patient, peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) were collected from the patient at baseline and after 3 and 24 hours after drug infusion. Then, single-cell RNA-seq was conducted on the collected PBMCs. The pre-processed data was saved as a Seurat object.
