High Res Drone Project
Authors/Creators
Description
This is aerial orthophoto image of very young age plants (2-month-old) taken by a quadcopter drone flying at 2 different heights. The 200-m height photo produces lower resolution (or GSD) of 2 cm/px, while the 100-m height photo produces higher resolution of 1 cm/px.
The dataset consists of 2 full orthophotos and 1 ZIP file. The orthophotos cover large area of the plantation. The orthophotos are named GSD1_Full.tif and GSD2_Full.tif, corresponding to the higher and lower resolution.
The high_res_project.zip consists of 2 folders: "gsd1" and "gsd2". These are tile photos (smaller size photos) after cutting the full orthophotos. Images are indexed in this way e.g. tile_1000_2000. Images from "gsd1" and "gsd2" with the same index are linked to each other (in the same location).
