D4.4 Satisfaction survey for mentors and mentees and report with results and recommendations on how to set up a successful mentoring programme for post-doctoral female researchers

This report compiles the information collected through the exit survey of FELISE, which was prepared to evaluate the satisfaction of the researchers, both mentees and mentors, participating in the FELISE mentoring programme. The report presents results on the level of engagement of the participants and their evaluation of the different parts of the programme, as well as recommendations for future mentoring programmes inspired by FELISE.
