Description
We collected a total of 157 saliva samples from Tibeto-Burman speaking populations in Guizhou province, including 50 samples from the Bai ethnic group in Qixingguan in Bijie, 11 samples from the Qiang ethnic group in Qishuping in Jiangkou, 45 samples from Yi ethnic group in Weining in Bijie, as well as 51 samples from Tujia ethnic group in Bapanzhen in Jiangkou. We genotyped the samples at about 700,000 genome-wide single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs).
