Pylake tutorial dataset: ImageStack

Description

A set of files of protein binding acquired on a LUMICKS C-Trap. The system consists of 

  • lambda DNA tethered between two polystyrene beads
  • protein labeled with an Atto565 fluorophore (green channel)

TIF files  are image stacks acquired from an sCMOS camera and the .h5 file is time-correlated force data. All data was acquired with LUMICKS Bluelake software.
