Description
All chromosomes variation graph used in the experiments of GraphChainer's experiments (https://doi.org/10.1101/2022.01.07.475257).
The graphs were built with vg, using (https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.6587237) as the reference and ftp://ftp.1000genomes.ebi.ac.uk//vol1/ftp/release/20130502/ALL.wgs.phase3_shapeit2_mvncall_integrated_v5c.20130502.sites.vcf.gz as the variants.
