Description

The Fabric of family and society is made of men and women including their own members and people of the social construct. The women segment has been a crucial one regarding the development of a nation in terms of economic, social, religious and political aspect. An attempt is made here to explore the past and present status of women in the context of women empowerment and inclusive growth male dominated society in India. Key factor responsible for male-female discrimination, its implication in respect of inclusive growth have been analysed and examined.
