This dataset contains data from simulations and analysis of within-host HIV-1 evolution that accompany the GitHub repository bartonlab/binary_trait. The GitHub repository contains code and data for reproducing results described in the manuscript "Inferring selection for HIV-1 escape from T cell responses using a binary trait model." See the GitHub repository for details on the interpretation and analysis of this data.
