EVALUATION OF THE PERFORMANCE OF STAFF OF PUBLIC INSTITUTIONS WITH THE HELP OF MANAGEMENT TOOLS

The article discusses methods for evaluating the performance of employees through management tools. As an assessment of the effectiveness of the system, it was proposed to compile an employee's KPI. The goals facing KPI are considered. The main attention is paid to the analysis of key performance indicators on a specific example. Consideration of key performance indicators as a motivational element for increasing wages for employees of the institution.
