Description

Infinium iSelect 90K wheat array (Wang et al. 2014) single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) genotypic data for a tetraploid wheat (Triticum turgidum) diversity panel (n=447). SNPs were filtered and their position on the Svevo v1 assembly (Maccaferri et al., 2019) is presented in the file.
