PARTICULARITĂȚILE AUDIERII COPIILOR ÎN PROCESUL PENAL

Description

It is well known that minor victims (injured parties) or witnesses of the crime, being easily revictimized, may have fear, stress and other consequences from committing the crime. For these reasons, in order to avoid adverse consequences for minor victims (injured parties) or witnesses to the crime, as well as to prevent their re-victimization, regulations are needed to protect the best interests of the child. 
The criminal procedural legislation offers these categories of participants remedies in order to prevent serious cases, revictimization and other guarantees that, on the one hand, come to the safety and interest of the parties, and on the other hand, come to ensure the interest of justice in criminal cases, appropriate evidence.
