The folder contains all the simulations that were run in the above publication. Each subfolder corresponds to a simulation, and for navigation please refer to Supplementary Table 2. Within each subfolder you can find the Jupyter notebook with the python code used for the simulations, the resulting datasets, and the resulting figures.
