Another copy of the first part of Niżâmî’s اسكندرنامه, distinctly styled in the concluding chapter, on fol. 222b, شرفنامه. Collated and annotated throughout.
Beginning: خدايا جهان پادشائى تراست الخ.
Dated the 6th of Ramaḍân, A.H. 1017 (A.D. 1608, December 14). A former owner of this copy was Jaswant Râo. Bibliotheca Leydeniana.
No. 2708, ff. 223, 2 coll., each ll. 15; large and distinct Nasta’lîḳ; illuminated frontispiece; the first two pages richly adorned; size, 103/8 in. by 63/8 in.
