THE PLACE OF RUSSIAN PHILOSOPHY IN IDEOLOGICAL IMPORT SUBSTITUTION

 The article discusses the process of import substitution concerning the ideological sphere. The liberal reforms of the 1990s were based on a positivist methodology. State capitalism in 2000 and 2010 was fueled by irrationalism. Import substitution, which has the character of a national revival, is designed to update the domestic tradition of scientific philosophy. This will become possible and necessary if state capitalism of the oligarchic type develops into people's democratic state capitalism.
