ANALIZA LEGISLATIVĂ ÎN SECTORUL CONSTRUCȚIILOR. PREVENIREA ȘI COMBATEREA CONSTRUCȚIILOR NEAUTORIZATE ȘI ALTE PROBLEMATICI LEGISLATIVE LA NIVEL NAȚIONAL ȘI INTERNAȚIONAL LEGISLATIVE ANALYSIS IN THE CONSTRUCTION SECTOR. PREVENTING AND COMBATING UNAUTHORIZED CONSTRUCTION AND OTHER LEGISLATIVE ISSUES AT NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL LEVEL

 The purpose of this research is to analyze in depth the national and international legislation in the construction sector, and especially the legislative approach and the relevant regulations in the field of execution of the constructions, specific to the public and private domain. In the view of the authors, approach to this topic is especially contemporary considering the current issue regarding: The unaliative execution of the constructions, the unauthorized execution of the constructions, the execution of the constructions illegal and permissive basis provided by the legislation in force. The importance of addressing this sub-item primarily aims at preventing illegalities in the sector of buildings, combating and preventing corruption in the public and private sectors, preventing unqualitative constructions, or constructions that have not been subject to the control and/or control facility of the institutions responsible for the field. We believe that the research aims, first of all, to improve the legislation, the regulations in the construction sector, the legislative improvement within the public institutions tangential and decision-making in the construction field. Similarly, for the improvement of national legislation, it is important to analyze and collaborate with other international legislation and regulations that would contribute to the implementation of national legislative proposals and recommendations. Thus, we believe that in order to prevent and combat crime in the construction sector, it is necessary to implement new legislative changes through international collaboration in solving the problem addressed.
