Description
The NeuroCellCentreDB was collected in an attempt towards automation of manual labelling work for the analysis of migration patterns, displayed by neuron-like cells. This release of the dataset contains 293 microscopy images with a total of 14193 cell centre annotations of neuronal neuroblast rat cells under the influence of surface acoustic waves (SAWs). The data is split into a recording sequence-independent train, validation, and test partition, structured by recording day and chip identifier. Images are provided in a TIF and labels in a JSON format.
