НАУКОВІ ПУБЛІКАЦІЇ ЯК СКЛАДОВА ІМІДЖУ НАВЧАЛЬНОГО ЗАКЛАДУ

The article deals with the topical issues of the role that employees’ research publications play in
creating the image of an educational institution. Based on the fact that, according to the current requirements,
publication activity is an important criterion of the research level of an educational and scientific institution,
the article formulates and describes in detail the relevant challenges, including the ability of a scientist to
conduct research and publish its results in scientific periodicals of Ukraine; the practice of publishing activity
during the war period, including the international one, and the requirements of the current legal framework
regarding the scientific and publishing activity of researchers and educators. The authors analyze the typical
problems of professional periodicals of Ukraine and the policy of the educational institution in the field of
publishing activity as well as propose the ways to solve pressing problems in the conditions of martial law in
Ukraine
