КУЛЬТУРА ЯКОСТІ ОСВІТИ ЯК РУШІЙ КОНКУРЕНТОСПРОМОЖНОСТІ ЗВО

The full-scale war of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, directed at the destruction of the educational potential of Ukraine, forced a revision of the public attitude to education and, at the same time, became a powerful challenge for the latest development of domestic educational activity based on the awareness of the value of education, the development of a culture of quality education, and the strengthening of the competitiveness of educational institutions. Although it is much more difficult to influence the formation
of the culture of the quality of education as an informal phenomenon than the process of ensuring its quality, a kind of “assembly point” of the formation of such a culture can/should be the strengthening of the competitiveness of the higher education institution. Obviously, now is the time for large-scale cross-disciplinary studies of all these principles, however, the purpose of this brief scientific investigation is to determine the problematic scope of the influence of the culture of the quality of education on the competitiveness of higher
education institutions. The study revealed the essence of the culture of quality education, showed the axiological essence of the impact of the formation of a modern culture of quality education on the competitiveness of higher education institutions, and provided the results of an expert survey on this impact.
