DETERMINATION OF THE GRANULOMETRIC COMPOSITION OF GREEKNUTS COAL BY THE SIEVE METHOD
Authors/Creators
Description
In the article, fractional analysis of coal particles was carried out using sieve analysis. Walnuts were used as the initial raw material, when splitting the nut, dried to a constant weight at 1000C. The original shells in the amount of 1430 g were placed in heated sealed reactors. The pyrolysis reactor is made in the form of a vertical cylinder placed in a contact tubular electric furnace. The yield of charcoal at 5500C is 31.4%, which is apparently due to the high content of volatile substances in the original walnut shells. It has been established that the yield of the product composition passing through a sieve from 0.1 to 0.599 μm is approximately 2%, and the yield of the product composition passing through a sieve from 0.500 to 0.178 mm is 10-12%
