Description

This script was written using R (4.0.3), Rstudio (1.3.1073), and R packages mclust (5.4.7), tidyr (1.1.3), and abind (1.4-5). Please note that although the following instructions describe the use of RStudio, the analysis can also be completed by running the script directly using R. The purpose of this code is to identify clusters and associated errors (i.e., states) in complex single molecule. This code was used in the manuscript entitled "The cofactor-dependent folding mechanism of Drosophila cryptochrome revealed by single-molecule pulling experiments."
