Requirements, Specifications & Software Development Plan for Atmospheric Services

The objective of Deliverable D3.1 is to report on requirements, specifications and software development plan
of the Atmospheric Research Services. The present document describes the different end-user communities
working within the Atmospheric theme and their research needs, the datasets and products used and needed
by these communities, as well as the current status of employed software and services. Then it describes a
mapping of requirements to the technical specifications and finally, the foreseen software development plan.
