OVERVIEW OF TOURISM DEVELOPMENT IN ITALY
Description
In Italy, current tourism legislation unequivocally recognizes the right to vacation for all. The constitutional dictate has been implemented first and foremost by legislation on the removal of architectural barriers, which provides for conditions of accessibility in all public and private spaces. This legislation (although highly disregarded ed.) regulates design related to the construction of new buildings and renovation of existing buildings.
