Overcoming clinical resistance to EZH2 inhibition using rational epigenetic combination therapy

All files are labeled with their corresponding figures.

"DESeq_processing_FINAL.R" was used for analysis of patient RNA-seq data, using "20230131_SampleTable.csv" and all "*_htseq.txt" files as input.

"Tumor_growth_analysis_FINAL" was used for analysis of tumor growth kinetics using the aucVardiTest function
