POSSIBILITIES OF USING SOCIOTHERAPY IN AN AN- DRAGOGICAL ENVIRONMENT

This paper focuses on the conception of sociotherapy in terms of its position in the andragogical
environment. It points out the possibilities of using selected approaches, methods and techniques
of sociotherapy concerning social andragogical work. It discusses ways of looking at the issue of
who should officially have the opportunity to carry out sociotherapeutic activities and actions.
The paper operates with the potential of the andragogue to perform sociotherapy on a professio-
nal basis in the practical reality of educology. In an empirical survey, we analyse the perception of
sociotherapy and the use of sociotherapeutic activities and activities and actions in andragogical
practice. We point out the necessity of their use, demonstrated by the respondents' answers.
