Final prototype of the ICT-based DAP

This report is the accompanying document for Deliverable 4.3 (type: demonstrator), namely the “Final prototype of the ICT based Decision Analytic Platform (DAP)”. The main objective of Project Ô is to demonstrate innovative approaches and technologies to support the circular economy, addressing the technical, economic, environmental, and social aspects to redefine water value chains. ProjectÔ Work Package 4 targets designing, developing, and testing an ICT-based decision-analytic platform (DAP) to support policymakers in selecting robust and efficient water planning portfolios, integrating traditional water management strategies and water reuse technologies.

The ICT based DAP is a platform targeting mainly water regulators, relying on a multi-objective decision-making approach to allow the analysis of traditionally incommensurable and conflicting objectives and to explore their trade-offs.
