Blocking of poly-T amphiphiles with poly-A blocker elements

Description

Microscopy data of DNA-nanomotifs (color channel 1) and amphiphile-nanomotifs (color channel 2). Poly-A blocker elements were added to the nanomotif-mixtures to inhibit the amphiphilic effect of the poly-T-amphiphiles. Controls were performed by the exchange of blocker elements with water. The repository contains microscope software data (NIS elements) and a script used for segmentation of the DNA-droplets.
