An Analysis of Parangolés for 9 Musicians

Parangolés (2008) was written during my second year of masters studies at the University of Victoria. In my analysis of Parangolés, I will begin with an analysis of my integration and fusion of Lachenmann and Oiticica’s aesthetics in my own compositional work.
