Description
Genome assembly of the bacterial strain Sulfitobacter pontiacus which was isolated from the algal strain Emiliania huxleyi CCMP1516. Genome sequencing was performed using PacBio platform. The assembly of the genome was performed in the analysis software SMRTlink.
