The purpose of this study is to examine the job motivation and job performance of healthcare professionals in terms of some variables. In accordance with this purpose;

1- Do the work motivations and job performances of aviation sector employees differ according to their gender?

2- What is the relationship between work motivation and the job performance of aviation sector employees? Answers to questions will be searched out.
