FOREIGN ECONOMIC CONTRACT: FEATURES OF CONCLUSION

The article proves that there are many controversial issues and conflicts in relation to the foreign economic contract today. Proceeding from this, based on the prescriptions of international and Ukrainian legislation, it is substantiated that the essential conditions of foreign trade are: goods, their quantity, value and quality; place and term of delivery; responsibilities of the parties; dispute resolution procedure. Therefore, the parties must agree on them when entering into a contract of employment. It was established that the role of international commercial agreements as regulators of foreign economic relations is growing significantly, accordingly, the value of their standardization is also increasing.
