The moral and psychological aspect in armed confrontations has always been of special importance and was one of the main ones for the state and its armed forces at different levels and in units with different characteristics of combat work. The moral and psychological qualities of a military serviceman are a set of interconnected and mutually conditioned moral, military-professional, psychological (psychophysiological) qualities necessary for the successful performance by personnel of their duties in peacetime and wartime. It is they who determine the effective combat coordination of servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in various conditions of service.
