Description

To investigate the effect of single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) on glioma susceptibility and patient prognosis, we extracted total DNA from Chinese Han glioma patients and healthy individuals, and successfully typed six tag-SNPs on gene OR51E1. Finally, we analyzed the association of these six SNPs with glioma.
