СОРОМ'ЯЗЛИВІСТЬ ЯК ПСИХОЛОГІЧНИЙ ФЕНОМЕН: СУТНІСТЬ ТА СПОСОБИ ОПТИМІЗАЦІЇ

The article is devoted to the problem of shyness as a psychological phenomenon. Special attention was paid to the coverage of this problem in the writing of А. Adler, K. Izard, F. Zimbardo, R. Herinh, Yu. Prokhorov, T. Shishova. In materials’ revealed the essence of shyness and presented the results of theoretical analysis of the work of foreign and domestic psychologists. The work contains recommendations for correction of shyness.
