Description

The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between the two capital structure (ROCE, ROE and ICR) in the model of the four selected private sugar companies in India from the financial year 2010-2020. Data are analyzed using descriptive statistics and correlation analysis to find the correlation between variables. The results show that the capital structure has a significant impact on the ROCE when it is insignificant with ROE. The results also show that interest coverage ratio is negatively related to debt to total funds. These results are consistent with previous empirical studies. Further, recommendations are presented in the research.
