Description
The article discusses Professor Walery Goetel’s role in the work of the Scientific Council of Tatra National Park from 1955 to 1972. It also presents archival materials from the Tatra Museum concerning Jaworzyna and discusses documents from the interwar period on the establishment of Tatra National Park and the involvement of Walery Goetl in the activities of the Tatra Association.
