Effect of different ratios of nitrogen and potassium fertilizer on morphophysiological characteristic and yield quality of tobacco varieties Coker 347 and K 326

Description

Influence of various combinations of nitrogen and potassium fertilizer on morphophysiological characteristics and yield quality of greenhouse tobacco varieties Coker 347 and K 326 was investigated. The applied fertilizer levels included nitrogen in levels of 35, 45, 55 and 65 Kg /ha and potassium in two levels of 150 and 200 Kg/ha. The measured parameters in this experiment included dry and wet weight of leaf, diameter of the stem, plant height, biomass, nicotine and sugar content. The highest biomass in the variety Coker 347 was obtained with a dose of N65 K200, and in the variety K326 at a dose of N55 K200 kg/ha.
