Description

The quantitative change of the content of phenolic connections in some grades of grapes it was investigated. Results of chromatoghrapy-mass spectrometry showed that the investigated Qara Asma and Shamaxi Marandy grapes rich by fenolics and other aromatic materials. Therefore, for population maintenance with qualitative and ecologically pure during the whole it is important to use table varieties of grapes as Qara Asma and Shamaxi Marandy, which the storage long time.
