Description
These are datasets related to mass spectrometry proteomics analysis, in particular Capillary Electrophoresis coupled to Mass Spectrometery (CE-MS). CE-MS was employed to acquire proteomics profiles from 970 patients from two different clinical centers. with the aim to develop a biomarker model to detect Prostate Cancer.
